There are three different structures available to not-for-profit organisations in South Africa: (1) Voluntary Association; (2) Non-profit Trust; or (3) a Non-profit Company. We mainly assist with NPC registration as it allows organisations to immediately (upon registration ) open bank accounts, and the legal structure is suitable to most organisations.
