MINI PLAN
 
COST FROM R 1 950 PM

Make sure your core bookkeeping requirements are met for your start up organisation.

  • For organisations with less than 50 transactions per month, who are not VAT registered.
    •    Monthly processing & reconciliation of all transactions.
    •    Monthly management accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Report).
    •    Submission of CIPC Annual Returns (excluding AR fee).
    •    Submission of annual Income Tax returns.
    •    Drafting of Annual Financial Statements.
    •    Once off onboarding fee applicable, depending on current accounting software used)

Office Work

STANDARD PLAN

COST: FROM R 4 750 PM

Cover the basics, get insight into your finances, and make sure all your required submissions are done.

  • For organisations with more than 50 transactions per month, and/or who are VAT registered.
    •    Monthly processing & reconciliation of all transactions.
    •    Monthly management accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Report).
    •    Submission of VAT201 Returns
    •    Submission of CIPC Annual Returns (excluding AR fee).
    •    Submission of annual Income Tax returns.
    •    Drafting of Annual Financial Statements.
    •    Once off onboarding fee applicable, depending on current accounting software used)

Working from Home

FULL ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL PLAN  

COST: FROM R 6 500 PM

For a fixed monthly fee, we will take care of all your accounting, payroll and tax requirements.

  • For organisations with more than 50 transactions per month, and/or who are VAT registered.
    •    Monthly processing & reconciliation of all transactions.
    •    Monthly management accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Report).
    •    Monthly payslips and payroll payment batches 
    •    Monthly EMP201 submissions 
    •    Submission of VAT201 Returns
    •    Bi-annual EMP501 submissions
    •    Submission of CIPC Annual Returns (excluding AR fee).
    •    Submission of annual Income Tax returns.
    •    Drafting of Annual Financial Statements.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN

COST: FROM R 9 750 PM

Have a full financial management service, without the full expense

  • Monthly processing & reconciliation of all transactions.
    •    Monthly management accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Report).
    •    Monthly payslips and payroll payment batches 
    •    Monthly EMP201 submissions 
    •    Submission of VAT201 Returns
    •    Bi-annual EMP501 submissions

    •    Submission of annual Income Tax returns.
    •    Drafting of Annual Financial Statements.
